This educational resource provides a structured digital well-being action plan tailored for primary school pupils aged 9 and 10, focusing on four key areas: establishing a shared vision of healthy technology use, introducing classroom ergonomics with physical stretch breaks, co-creating a pupil-friendly Digital Well-being Charter, and delivering interactive lessons on screen-time balance, netiquette, and online safety. Designed for primary teachers, ICT coordinators, and school counselors, the material sets clear baseline actions, owner responsibilities, realistic timelines, and practical success criteria using accessible tools such as posture guides, educational games, and parent workshops. By involving leadership, staff, parents, and young learners, this resource helps schools implement a sustainable, whole-school approach that protects pupils' physical health, promotes respectful online communication, and fosters safe digital habits both in the classroom and at home.
