Nastavna priprema za 120 minuta aktivnosti sa učenicima- jezično posredovanje: čitanje i slušanje. Priprema sadrži detaljan opis tijeka nastavnog sata, zajedno sa svim korištenim materijalima (tekstovi za čitanje i slušanje).

Lesson 2: Listening Mediation — Conveying Spoken Messages Objective: Students will listen to a spoken text and mediate by conveying the message to others who did not hear it, adapting language and format. Materials Needed: • 2–3 short audio clips (e.g., news, interviews, how-to explanations — 1–2 mins each) • Note-taking templates • Headphones (if available)

Lesson Procedure (60 minutes): 1. Warm-up (5 mins) — Think-Pair-Share Question: "Have you ever had to explain something someone else said to another person?" 2. Input (10 mins) — Individual Listening & Notes Each student listens to one short audio clip and takes notes on: • Who is speaking and to whom • Main message • Key supporting ideas or instructions 3. Pair Work (15 mins) — Mediate the Message Student A listens to Clip 1, Student B listens to Clip 2. Each explains their audio to the other using their notes, aiming for clarity and simplification. 4. Group Work (20 mins) — Matching Task In groups of 4: • Each pair shares their mediated versions. • The group gets short written summaries of all audio clips (scrambled). • They match the mediated explanations to the original audio summaries. 5. Wrap-up & Reflection (10 mins) Class discussion: • How did you simplify language without losing meaning? • What strategies worked best when relaying spoken information?
