In this lesson, students explore common problems that can occur in restaurants and learn how to complain politely and respond appropriately using functional English. Working individually or in pairs, they create a comic strip that presents a restaurant problem, the customer's complaint, and a suitable solution. Through role-play, dialogue writing, and visual storytelling, students practice real-life communication skills while developing creativity and language accuracy.

Students practice the expressions through short oral exchanges and mini role-plays.

Students create a comic strip consisting of four to six panels. They use speech bubbles to write a dialogue that clearly presents the situation, the complaint, the response, and the solution.
