Students practice the expressions through short oral exchanges and mini role-plays.

Comic Planning

Students choose one of the suggested restaurant problems or invent their own scenario. They identify the characters involved, such as a customer, waiter, or manager, and plan how the problem will develop. Students outline the sequence of events, including the complaint and the final solution.

Creating the Comic Strip

Students create a comic strip consisting of four to six panels. They use speech bubbles to write a dialogue that clearly presents the situation, the complaint, the response, and the solution. The teacher encourages students to use the functional language provided and to make their comics creative and engaging.
