Abstract Words often have multiple meanings, so do simple words such as colours. Deeper analysis of vocabulary items often require an insight into different areas of expertise. Therefore, by analyzing colour words not only do students expand their vocabulary, but they also apply their knowledge from different subjects and their cultural heritage.
